○Two months of great experience

It's been two months since we came to Japan - a beautiful country with a rich culture. Everything is known only through movies and the internet is right in front of us. The Japanese are friendly and hospitable, reflecting on what we know. We were worried about commuting in Tokyo - where the subway system is the most complex and also a feature of Japan, but now everything has gone smoothly, this is also an impressive experience. Japanese food experience is a nice memory for MSP students. We tried Sushi, Ramen, Udon, ... and it was great.

Two months of experiencing and studying at GRIPS are really great for us. We are studying in an international and professional environment under the guidance of professors who teach students things that are really new and rewarding. MSP students have really had a great experience with new international friends. Facilities at GRIPS are very modern and convenient, we are having the best support for research and study.

As officers of the Coast Guard organizations, we feel the deep care from the Japan Coast Guard not only after arriving in Japan but also before we arrived. The classes that involved the participations of professors and senior officers from JCG and JCG Academy are very interesting and helpful to MSP students. We also visited and took a photo at the Japanese Coast Guard together with the Japan Coast Guard Commander and other senior officers.

We are especially grateful to TIC (JICA) for supporting us during the past two months. TIC is a beautiful and friendly place with professional and hospitable staffs.

The past two months have been a challenge for us. We have a long way to go but we are sure to be successful.
